Richard was very responsive to us and showed us several vehicles including one that was not even priced yet in the computer. We went inside and he received a price and we made a counter offer and then wen vehicles including one that was not even priced yet in the computer. Everything was fine except the brakes pulsed when applied and made a vibration noise. Richard could hear and feel what we did. He took the car to the Service Department for a checkup while we went to lunch. When we returned he reported that they had found the problem and would fix it. He also went hunting and found the keys and owner info package. Richard was pushy but kept pursuing options. We negotiated some more and agreed on a price. The service manager indicated that some of the parts had to be ordered and they would call when they arrived. The only negative was the amount of time it took to finalize the deal. We spent about nine hours at the dealership and much of that time was waiting for someone to act on our offers and then we had to wait a couple of hours before we could start through the financial closing of the deal.
