What dealership does that?! Tay even bought me a hat from his own money while I was there looking at the hats...he would not let me pay. He went out of his way, every chance he could, even called to wish me a Happy Birthday a couple weeks later. Met with Will and he confirmed the product details and was well aware of the transmission options and towing needs we were considering. Later went for the test drive and purchase. Will Payne is very courteous, knowledgeable, and customer-service oriented. He went back to management 2 times to get our deal together. On a side note, I was still recovering from some surgery a few days prior and did not feel well. I got a coke and asked Will if they had a cup and some ice - they did not have the ice. Later, while we were waiting for finance and closing paperwork, Will walked up with a cup and ice from a neighboring convenience store and I REALLY needed it by then. That's above and beyond! Also, there was nowhere on the closing paperwork that detailed the towing capability and weight maximums for the 4.1 transmission. I wanted that in case I am ever stopped and my max weight is questioned. Will found that info and printed it out for me. All in all, a great experience. More
