I'm a new customer to this dealership and believe the Customer Experience should go in hand with the service department, but in this case I see this is a trend. Per the following: I went to drop my Customer Experience should go in hand with the service department, but in this case I see this is a trend. Per the following: I went to drop my truck off for a scheduled appointment and a Brian E (rude advisor by the way) told me it would take upwards of 72 hours to even do a diagnostic check to assess a code fault which popped up with only 325 miles on the vehicle. I''ll voice the same sentiment "Why in TF schedule an appointment with someone if you cannot see them at that time, let alone that day? all i needed was a qualified technician to hook up his scan tool and conduct a deeper scan on the system components, I dont need Brian E's sarcasm pointing his "no faults on his I fkn Pad". Brain E states: “I know you had an appointment to have your vehicle worked on this morning, but just leave it with us for the better part of a work week”. Either schedule appropriately, or don’t schedule at all. This Service Department (Brain E) representative was a colossal waste of time and BLUF, try and work with the customer and check your attitude. #wasteoftime More

My husband and I visited Landers McLarty 3/22/25 to look at a Grand Voyager. When we arrived Aretha Ewing a Senior Sales person greeted us. We didn't want to waste a sales person's time so we explained to at a Grand Voyager. When we arrived Aretha Ewing a Senior Sales person greeted us. We didn't want to waste a sales person's time so we explained to Aretha up front that we were just looking at the size of the Voyager to possibly rent for a planned trip. Rather than walking away Aretha began making suggestions and showing us better options that would better fit our travel needs. In the end her friendliness, knowledge and professionalism helped us make a better decision, and she potentially gained a new customer since we got to see the great sale Landers McLarty is having. We will definitely consider Landers McLarty when we are ready to purchase a vehicle. More
