My husband and I visited Landers McLarty 3/22/25 to look at a Grand Voyager. When we arrived Aretha Ewing a Senior Sales person greeted us. We didn't want to waste a sales person's time so we explained to at a Grand Voyager. When we arrived Aretha Ewing a Senior Sales person greeted us. We didn't want to waste a sales person's time so we explained to Aretha up front that we were just looking at the size of the Voyager to possibly rent for a planned trip. Rather than walking away Aretha began making suggestions and showing us better options that would better fit our travel needs. In the end her friendliness, knowledge and professionalism helped us make a better decision, and she potentially gained a new customer since we got to see the great sale Landers McLarty is having. We will definitely consider Landers McLarty when we are ready to purchase a vehicle. More

Called Chrysler customer support and was told to contact the dealer service department and have them order the part. Apparently, no one at the dealership can figure that out on their own. This one star also covers the Chrysler customer support which is apparently useless as well. I will continue adding a one star rating each week, until I get my van back repaired properly. BEWARE of Chrysler and this dealership. More

Fool me twice, shame on me. See my previous post, dated 13 July 2022. It has happened again. Had this 2022 Pacifica hybrid for 26 months and less than 19000 miles and it broke. Took it back to the same dealer, the one I ordered it from, and have gotten about the same level of customer service. Took it to the dealer over three weeks ago and the only status call has been that they are waiting for the service technician to get to it. They won't provide a loaner vehicle until the diagnostics are completed. It's under 36-month 36000-mile warranty, but I can't get a loaner vehicle because of them not being able to look at it. Don't think there will be a third time. Don't recommend Chrysler vehicles or this dealer. Didn't want to rate them at 1 star, because that would probably add more time before I get it back. More
