Sold a 2023 jeep gladiator that spent months in the shop in the first year. No loaner vehicle provided. The final straw was being told the last repair would take over two months for parts to arrive and my j in the first year. No loaner vehicle provided. It started having electrical problems. I called to schedule warranty service and before I could even give the details I was read a list of reasons they will not cover any electrical problems on jeeps. My car has less than 36000 miles and apparently neither the base or extended warranty I purchased do anything. Repeated calls and messages to the dealership have elicited no response except “thanks for shopping with us, take care” This dealership is horrible. The sales people are con men. I don’t know how they sleep at night. More
