I have never had a good experience with Lander Kia. I was quoted a repair cost of around $1400. 00 to repair an issue that sends the air to the defrost section on my vehicle that I googled how to repair after picking up the vehicle after declinin 00 to repair an issue that sends the air to the defrost section on my vehicle that I googled how to repair after picking up the vehicle after declining their estimate. Parts cost was $100.00 and took me 45 minutes to complete. In addition, they did not tighten my positive battery terminal before telling me my vehicle was ready. I had to take care of that in a parking lot on my way home after not being able to start the vehicle. I called several times during the process and no-one had any idea what was going on except for an individual that was off that day. The check in/check out process was easy, fast and they were very nice. The vehicle was not a Kia however, if I could find the answer to my issue in less than 5 minutes? I feel they did not do a satisfactory inspection. I took it in under an extended warranty plan that I purchased there and to basically some it up, I paid them $150.00 to improperly diagnose the vehicle. I also requested a copy of the quote and they were not able to produce it since that one guy was not there. I'm certain they do quality work but missed the target on my vehicle. But I have also done similar things in my profession being in a hurry. My advice is do not take anything but a Kia to this dealer. More
Had to make multiple trips an hour away from Hot Springs for two recalls. After the recall, one of the areas they worked on all of a sudden went bad and had to spend more money. Well, the next year I will be in the market for a new vehicle and I can guarantee you I will not be buying from Landers Kia due to the service I received. I will take my cash somewhere else and will tell every last Person I know to stay clear. Not to mention the negative reviews. I will be leaving on each and every social media website Available. More
