We brought the car in for recalls. They first said I needed an alignment. I just had an alignment the last time I was in. I only had around 24,000 miles. I informed them that I had just had the alignment last time. They said they would check the car. Then on the paperwork it was noted I needed new tires. at 24,000 miles I needed new tires?. My husband took the car to a trusted tire shop and they said there were no issues with my tires and I did not need new tires. Very disappointed in my last 2 visits. Also, had the appointment for the recall but they did not have the necessary parts. It has been over 2 weeks and have not heard back from them on parts. More

The service manager was polite and as helpful regarding my request as he could. The prior time I was in for service, August 16th I forgot to bring my 15% discount flyer with me. (I live in Hot Springs ) H my request as he could. The prior time I was in for service, August 16th I forgot to bring my 15% discount flyer with me. (I live in Hot Springs ) He said he didn't have the capability to refund the $70 from that invoice ($467.18) He offered a 15% discount on my next visit but who knows when/if that may happen. I am 85 years old and the $70 would come in handy now. More
