I need work done that is covered under my warranty, but Landers said I need to drop the car off with them with no guarantee as to when they will get to work on it due to a backlog. I asked for a loaner car and Landers said that they don't do loaners but I can rent a car for $45 per day. That is not acceptable since they cannot tell me when I will get my car back. If it takes a week, that's over $315 which defeats the purpose of a warranty. Please Help Me!!!!!!!!!!! More

I always get my car serviced there and the staff is always friendly and knowledgeable of in aspects.
