Amazing sales and service! I have dealt with many car dealerships in the past few years but I have NEVER had such an amazing experience like I did with Dylan Shaffer at Landers I have dealt with many car dealerships in the past few years but I have NEVER had such an amazing experience like I did with Dylan Shaffer at Landers Kia. The whole process was smooth, there was nothing unexpected, the manager already had gap insurance figured in when he brought us the payment and everything! I have since been recommending the dealership and Dylan. I can definitely? see using them again! More

Great experience Came to Landers Kia after an internet request for firm pricing was answered within minutes - not so much the price but with an invitation to pursue. T Came to Landers Kia after an internet request for firm pricing was answered within minutes - not so much the price but with an invitation to pursue. The firm price came a bit later. But I received about an 11% discount off sticker which compared well with published purchase prices found on line. I received an acceptable offer on my trade-in. About $500 less than I hoped for but you would have to know the condition of the trade-in. 5K was my minimum and they hit on the nose. I was in a hurry, desperate even, to get a new car. They knew that and yet I still feel like they treated me fairly and gave me a great deal Our only complaint is that when everything was settled we waited 30+ minutes for the finance guy to be ready to see us. No hard sell on the GAP insurance or extended warranty. We bought a Kia Sorrento top of the line. Drives great. So many nice appointments. I swear I feel like I'm sitting in a Mercedes Benz or similar. High class. Very comfortable. 5 star crash rating. Go get you some!! More
