Tony was awesome! He was kind and informative, and went above and beyond to do his job. It was greatly appreciated, and the service didn’t take very long either. I scheduled an appointment online due to a possible battery issue. When I got to the service center, I was told by the service member that the service center was so backed up it would be several days t battery issue. When I got to the service center, I was told by the service member that the service center was so backed up it would be several days to get to my vehicle. This was frustrating since the appointment was available on the website, hadn't been removed, and there was no indication that it would be literal days to be seen. I asked if they could at least see what is going on with my vehicle since the battery light came on and the other lights began flashing on my drive to the service center. I was told after an initial look that it was just a battery issue and they replaced the battery. I left and as I pulled out of the service center my battery light came back on. I turned around and went back. They did another look and found it was the alternator. Apparently they didn't check this because they were so backed up. Once again, it would be literal days before I got my vehicle. I told them many times this is my only vehicle and my only means to and from work. They told me they would reduce the cost of the alternator install. Based on what I paid, I doubt they did this. Each day that week I received a text message saying the part had not come in. On the day it arrived I received a text that it was in and my car would be worked on. I called 6 hours later to find out when my car would be ready since I needed to go to class in person that evening. They said it was not ready but maybe on Monday. I literally begged them to have my car ready the next morning. The next morning I didn't hear back from them. I had been missing work and class. So I called them. They were "just about to call me" maybe this was true, but it didn't feel like it. They sent someone to shuttle me to the service center, I was so thankful for that. The guy who picked me up said "wow you live in a bad neighborhood". So that was ... interesting. When I made it to the service center, I paid for the service I received and declined further services. They said they would go get my vehicle, it was probably being washed. I told them it shouldn't be going through the wash because I didn't take the bike rack off my car. My service appointment noted my bike rack and not to wash my car. They also have a policy not to wash cars with bike racks. Turns out, they tried to wash my car with the bike rack on it. They destroyed the bike rack (their words). They offered to replace the bike rack. It was a far more stressful experience than it had to be. More
