We experienced very poor advisement from the Service Advisor during a “recall repair”. Our car was examined by a service technician, without our requesting it, for other needed repairs. The repairs sugg Advisor during a “recall repair”. Our car was examined by a service technician, without our requesting it, for other needed repairs. The repairs suggested amounted to OVER $7,000, and the repairs were NOT related to any symptomatic indicators (water or oil leaks, steering or ride issues). We chose NONE of the options. Since then, we have received 2nd and 3rd opinions that the suggested repairs were NOT NEEDED. We are VERY disappointed with the current “service environment at Lander’s Ford-Collierville, and we will no longer use them for routine or specific repairs until we can know that they are trustworthy, as they used to be in the recent past. My 2025 Escape is just what I needed to regain security for my everyday drives. It has all the right features and handling to get me where I’m going without feeling imperiled. My sales process was record-s for my everyday drives. It has all the right features and handling to get me where I’m going without feeling imperiled. My sales process was record-setting. I called to ask if they had Escapes in stock. Daveyon Qualls (DQ) informed me they did which included several 2025 models and a Vapor Blue Metallic; and I was instantly sold. Upon arrival, DQ was very congenial and knowledgeable of the features and our test drive was smooth. I began the application process and was able to receive an agreeable offer for my trade and a reasonable price for my new car and within 2 hours, I was driving off the lot with my new car. It’s a very smooth ride and so smart. I can’t wait to go on a trip with it. More

My motor went out on my car at 64,100 miles. I had purchased the 100,000 mile warranty. My engine began to knock and I had to have it towed to Lander's Ford on Oct. 1. I was told about 2 weeks t I had purchased the 100,000 mile warranty. My engine began to knock and I had to have it towed to Lander's Ford on Oct. 1. I was told about 2 weeks to get the new motor after it was ordered. I called the warranty company and was told I would get 10 days at $35 a day reimbursement. The person did not say it needed to be a ford. I had asked Lander's for a loaner or a rental from the. I was told they couldn't do rentals. I was called on Oct. 17, that it was repaired. I was 300 miles from home and couldn't pick it up until Monday, Oct. 21. When I asked how to get my 10 days rental coverage reimbursed I was told, at that time, I should have rented a Ford vehicle. I drove my car home less than 20 miles and 2 warning lights came on. I returned to Lander's and waited about 1.5 hours while it was repaired. I was told it was a sensor. When I arrived home, and called the warranty company, I was told by the Warranty company they could not provide me with a copy of my warranty agreement. The next day I went back to Lander's and there was a meeting going on . I did speaker to the Assistant manager about my rental. He told me to send my rental agreement to Nick Rowell and he would help me. Rick called me this past Friday saying he had been in meetings and would call me in Monday, October 28. I still haven't received a call. More
