Matthew Bortell was the nicest no hassle salesman I've ever dealt with. He found my car in another town and the deal was in the price range of what I wanted to pay. I am truly happy with my car and the experience was amazing. More

terrible service dept and doesn't warrant there repairs I live in Gulf Shores Al. , I was working up in Memphis when I needed emergency Repairs to my F-250 Diesel . Country Ford charged me $4,000 for rep I live in Gulf Shores Al. , I was working up in Memphis when I needed emergency Repairs to my F-250 Diesel . Country Ford charged me $4,000 for repairs , I returned back home and there was a large oil leak . I took it to my local dealer and they found that Country Ford didn't properly seat the gasket on the valve cover and it put a tear in the gasket, my truck has over 150,000 miles and the Country Ford mechanic used the old gasket that I feel should have been replaced with a new one. My local dealers certified diesel Mechanic confirmed that it should be a warranty repair. Country Ford refuse to warranty the repairs. I had to pay my local dealer $700 to repair Country Fords shabby repairs. DO NOT DO BUSINESS with Country Ford in Southaven Ms.!!!!!!!!!! More

bad experience in service department I took my car too country ford in july because my heat and air was not working like it was supposed too. I have,been taking my car back and fourth every sine ,they even gave me a rental car in august and I returned it in September because they told me my car was ready an after that every week they were picking my car up so called fixing it, an as of today my heater is still not fix because the truth is country ford dont no what they are doing when it comes to fixing cars I really regret going to Country Ford because they didnt fix my car and ripped me off if you are thinking about get your car fix dont go to Country ford or you will regret it check them out on better business bureau I wish I would have More

I have had to take the car back to this dealer 4 times already and still have no result. I am getting the run around. The car is pulling like it is a stick shift and I was told by that the car was suppose to be a stick shift but was made into a automatic. I am not a happy customer! I have a warranty of up to 3 years and to be honest I don't want this car any more I want to trade it in a get a new car, but I'm having issues with the staff at this location getting answers. This car has a recall on the transmission and not to mention the a/c in it does not get a cold as it should so I have to crank the air up to the max to fell it! I would not recommend buying a ford Fista and I would not recommend buying it from County Ford in southaven, ms! Unhappy customer!!! Truitt Davis is working with me trying to resolve this problem hopefully he will get me better results than I have been getting. Mr Davis is giving good service I don't know the names of the other employees. More

Absolutely love this dealership. I shopped online, chose the vehicle I wanted, filled out my credit application, they called and told us we were approved for financing and then we made the trip to Southaven the vehicle I wanted, filled out my credit application, they called and told us we were approved for financing and then we made the trip to Southaven, MS to get our car. They had everything ready to complete the deal. Chuck DeMorse even went over the entire car with me and explained all of it's functions. I absolutely loved the internet shopping. I was not hassled while I was browsing. I just hate that when you go to a car lot to look for your dream car/truck and salesman come out of the wood work and you don't even have time to even look because they are asking you all kinds of questions. I liked the fact that shopping online, I had the time and comfort of my own home to browse and even have time to think about which vehicle I actually wanted without being harassed. The folks at Country Ford in Southaven, Mississippi are awesome!! They have a great selection of new or used vehicles and hassle free shopping and hassle free purchasing. Thanks Country Ford for a great and enjoyable experience!! Would definitely do business with them again!! More

I was traveling home to TX when my alternator went out and I had to have my 2007 F-150 towed to Country Ford, the nearest Ford dealership, for a new alternator. The total bill was $743.85, in addition to and I had to have my 2007 F-150 towed to Country Ford, the nearest Ford dealership, for a new alternator. The total bill was $743.85, in addition to replacing the alternator they performed another $150 plus tax for other repairs which I would never have signed off on if it had been explained to me these charges were not part of the alternator fix. IMO Country Ford took advantage of my being from out of state with a disabled vehicle to jack up the bill. More
