Absolutely the worst communications I have ever encountered… my jeep has been with them for over a month and a technician has not looked at it yet. But I certainly can’t recommend taking your vehicle to Landers CDJR in Southaven! More

Service department had our car for almost 2 weeks when we finally decided to just take the truck somewhere else. They kept asking us if they could pull the dashboard apart but it would be a $750 cost. We had finally decided to just take the truck somewhere else. We had to show up at the dealership after a few days and have them do a test drive with us since they kept claiming they couldn’t hear the noise where the issue came from. Very disappointed and I true heartedly do not recommend Landers Ram service department nor will I be buying any cars from them. More
