Exceptional service with Miss Bates: Brandy Bates has worked with me closely and has assisted me with my service needs for awhile, now. My car has been running great thanks to her attention to detail, her willingness to listen to me - the Customer - and her ability to go above and beyond. Much of the "art" of Customer Service has been lost these days, particularly with the "big box" environment and mindset. I'm happy, though, that women such as Brandy have corrected my thinking. She has made me a lifelong customer and I will continue to rely upon her ability to get me what I need and without delay. She's a great asset to your team. More

Gained a new customer! I purchased my 2013 Ram truck at a different dealer but brought it here for it's first service after a falling out with my selling dealer. I've been i I purchased my 2013 Ram truck at a different dealer but brought it here for it's first service after a falling out with my selling dealer. I've been in twice and dealt with Courtney in service both times and she has been wonderful. Friendly and professional and got my truck in and out quickly. I will definitely return here for my service in the future. As a side note... every employee I came in contact with at this dealership was friendly and courteous to me, and my son, which is the way it should be, but not always the way it is. Great Job! I started out dealing with Carole, she seemed very inexperienced and I ended up the the manager, Eric. He was extremely unpleasant to deal with.
