Worst place for service, 2nd time truck has been in the shop for same repair, 1 month there and truck hasn't even been looked at. It finally took a call to FCA regional before anything was done, and then I had to involve the General Manager before they would honor my extended warranty. I don't understand how they are still in business. Kevin Waldrop tried his best to stay on top of this, but he was completely overwhelmed. More
