Worst service ever experienced in 42 years of owning vehicle My truck was in for repairs of the air suspension system, it took well over 2 months to finally get it resolved. Phone calls went unanswered, voice mails weren't returned, numerous service advisers left, with no notifications whatsoever. Had to physically show up at the dealer to find out the status. It finally took a call to FCA regional before anything was done, and then I had to involve the General Manager before they would honor my extended warranty. I don't understand how they are still in business. Kevin Waldrop tried his best to stay on top of this, but he was completely overwhelmed. More

I bought it brand new and it only had 25k miles on it. The brakes would screech anytime I backed up rain or shine. It was SUPER embarrassing, and I was ashamed of my vehicle. John Frazier, the service manager, gave me a ring and ordered my vehicle some aftermarket brake pads. He made the process extremely easy. He got me set up with a rental vehicle for 24 hours. He kept me updated on how things were going around lunch time, and when I got off work, my vehicle was ready to go! The breaks haven't made a peep since. John has helped me fall back in love with my jeep again. Thank you so much for the AWESOME customer service and assistance in helping me with this matter. More
Made to my Business Presentation on Time My 2011 Chrysler 300C began to have a burning rubber smell and then strange sound. It was 7pm and we were in route from Dallas to Shreveport,LA and o My 2011 Chrysler 300C began to have a burning rubber smell and then strange sound. It was 7pm and we were in route from Dallas to Shreveport,LA and on to Lafayette,LA for a presentation. We were able to drive the car to Landers Dealership at 8:30am the next morning and was told they were full up without a appt. We explained we were traveling and desperate. Service Advisor Josh Bass understood and promised to at least have the car looked at, and made arrangements for us to get a rental car. We raced off to Lafayette,LA and got to our presentation with 21 minutes to spare. During the presentation we received a text from Josh Bass saying our Alternator was toast and needed to be replaced, if we would approve it, he would have it fixed that day. We did, he did and at 6:35pm we arrived back at the dealership after a 400 mile round trip. Our car was ready and we continued back to Dallas. Because of Joh Bass and Landers, We closed a sale and profited our family by $2,650... which we would have lost forever had we not gotten to our presentation on time.
