I have purchased 2 vehicles from Landers within the past 2 years. I Could not have asked for a more pleasant and professional sales experience. The same goes for the service department. HORRIBLE service department!!!! The diagnostic report said I had to get a headlight system replaced which still did not fix the problem. Now on top of that $1600 out of pocket it is going to be another said I had to get a headlight system replaced which still did not fix the problem. Now on top of that $1600 out of pocket it is going to be another $2000 to fix the wires. HA!! A recall at this dealership means NOTHING. They are still charging me for parts. I am selling this car and buying a different make. This is horrible service. My family will never own another dodge. Today marks 2 weeks that they have had my car. I am just now finding out what is wrong with it. More

Worst place for service, 2nd time truck has been in the shop for same repair, 1 month there and truck hasn't even been looked at. Ive bought well over 200000 worth of trucks in the last 4 years and every r shop for same repair, 1 month there and truck hasn't even been looked at.
