EXCELLENT WALKED AWAY KNOWING I GOT A GOOD DEAL. Customer Service from the sales department and financial was excellent. Sales Department Brett Havener was superior, not demanding at all. I came back the next day when the sales person Victor Cooks assisted me, he demeanor was the same as Brett excellent . I ended up getting a V8 instead of the V6 Challenger. When I went into Financial department I sat with Lance Havener, who never told me no when I made a counter offer. He always left the room to ask. After reviewing the paperwork several times while in negotiations I signed the paperwork buying me a new car. I walked away very happy with a brand new car. Payment where I needed them to be with the interest rate even better. This is my 3rd time buying a car from this dealership and I know it will not be my Last. More

Awesome service by everyone! My wife and I came in to look at a new 2016 Durango R/T on 6/17/16. Our salesman, Daniel Juniel, told us that is was still in transit from the factor My wife and I came in to look at a new 2016 Durango R/T on 6/17/16. Our salesman, Daniel Juniel, told us that is was still in transit from the factory, but he would call us as soon as it was unloaded off of the truck. Flash foward to 6/27/16, Daniel called me at 2:30 pm, as soon as the wheels touched the pavement off of the truck. My wife and I went up there, took it for a test drive, and by 6pm that night we had it sitting nicely in our garage. The finance manager, Lance Havener, explained everything line by line, since my wife and I were both first time buyers. He was able to get us a great interest rate, and was very professional in everything he explained. We never felt taken advantaged of by anyone. We will definitely be returning customers when we need a new car. Finally the sales manager, Bruce Clark, gave us final tips and tricks about our new Durango via email. All in all we had a great experience, and will definitely recommend to our friends and family. More
Took The Deal Because We Had No Other Options, But We bought our Fiat 500L Pop Hatchback in October of 2013 from Landers in Shreveport because my husband needed a vehicle in a desperate way (yep, he pi We bought our Fiat 500L Pop Hatchback in October of 2013 from Landers in Shreveport because my husband needed a vehicle in a desperate way (yep, he picked it out, too... I promise). Anyway, we were upside down on it due to the number of miles he's accumulated while driving to and from work each day - somewhere along the lines of 80-90 miles per day for 6 days a week. We decided to bring to Fiat back to Landers in Bossier to get hubby a truck, which we found ourself in need of due to life/moving/baby, etc. The experience we had at Landers Bossier was not one to write home about... just thr exact opposite. We found a used 2014 Ram 1500 that we were happy with, but it basically went downhill from there. The salesman lied to us several times about the note we could have, the duration of the payments, the wheels/rims on the truck... so many lies, which we only found out were lies when we met the Finance man, Mr. Lance, who was not very friendly at all and didn't seem to care that he was rude to us. He told us that we were not eligible for the number of payments we were promised (yet I have a credit score that's above 750), nor were we going to get the payment that we were promised - "It's just not possible, sorry" is the only explanation we got. We decided to leave the dealership to search for a week to see if there were any better deals that we could find and we communicated our thanks to the team for working with us so diligently - we'd been there for 10 hours - but before we left Mr. Lance came to us and gave us a spill about how the dealership was "making a friend and not a deal with [us]" and told us we could get $10 closer a month to the payment we wanted. We declined again and left and found no better deals in thd time we were away so we came back to Landers to sign the paperwork. When we met with Mr. Lance again, he said the last deal that he shared with us was no longer on the table and that the original payment we were shown was going to be the best he could do! I was furious but I felt like I had no choice as we really needed the truck. Mr. Lance seemed appeased, yet he was further angered when we declined the warranty and the GAP insurance. We shared that we were going to go through our insurance company for the GAP and you could see almost see steam billowing from his scalp! He was very short, curt and rude from that point until the paperwork was completed, and once everything was settled it seemed as though he couldn't get us out of his office fast enough. I pray that I'm never in the position to need to do business with that man or this dealership ever again. More

This experience was the total opposite thanks to Jay. He was very easy to talk to and very very knowledgeable of the entire inventory of vehicles. He never tried to push a vehicle on us that we didn't want for his personal gain. This was by far the best car purchasing experience we have ever had. So from personal experience if your looking for a vehicle at landers dodge do yourself a favor and ask for Jay Brown !! More

The price you think the vehicle will cost may be over $1300 more that will be written on the window sticker with a marker. Not a good practice for customers and others have complained about it. Also, they will give you a negotiated price for the vehicle that is for "today only." A day or two later you may get a better "today only" price. Obviously a sales tactic to "buy now because the price is only good for today." Then the "out-the-door" price you agree on that is also for "today only" may be more than you agreed on because someone did not figure it correctly. But they will not honor the deal that was made and you may not actually discover it until after you leave and look at the numbers. Not a good way to treat customers!!! More
Made to my Business Presentation on Time My 2011 Chrysler 300C began to have a burning rubber smell and then strange sound. It was 7pm and we were in route from Dallas to Shreveport,LA and o My 2011 Chrysler 300C began to have a burning rubber smell and then strange sound. It was 7pm and we were in route from Dallas to Shreveport,LA and on to Lafayette,LA for a presentation. We were able to drive the car to Landers Dealership at 8:30am the next morning and was told they were full up without a appt. We explained we were traveling and desperate. Service Advisor Josh Bass understood and promised to at least have the car looked at, and made arrangements for us to get a rental car. We raced off to Lafayette,LA and got to our presentation with 21 minutes to spare. During the presentation we received a text from Josh Bass saying our Alternator was toast and needed to be replaced, if we would approve it, he would have it fixed that day. We did, he did and at 6:35pm we arrived back at the dealership after a 400 mile round trip. Our car was ready and we continued back to Dallas. Because of Joh Bass and Landers, We closed a sale and profited our family by $2,650... which we would have lost forever had we not gotten to our presentation on time.
