We paid for a DVD system to be installed in our very expensive Chevrolet Suburban. The sales agent took months to get us Scheduled and then didn’t relay the appointment to us. Then Covid hit and sin expensive Chevrolet Suburban. The sales agent took months to get us Scheduled and then didn’t relay the appointment to us. Then Covid hit and since we’re from Texas we couldn’t cross into Louisiana for months. By the time we could, the sales manager David Blumson said he would fix it for us. That was in January of 2021. My calls are hung up on, my texts are not responded too and we paid $1,000.00 for a DVD system that is yet to be installed. It’s been a horrible experience and we feel like they do not care about their customers one bit! As if that isn’t bad enough. The Dubuque paid over 50k for has been the biggest LEMON. So very disappointed. More
