Fixed ignition module noticed as faulty previous visit Found a faulty ignition module during recall visit last month. Ordered module, notified me and I set up an appointment. Out of the way, but worth the drive. New customer to this dealership. Fast easy oil change I came in without an appointment so I came in prepared to wait - had a book and my knitting with me. I wasn't there an hour and was 3/4 of a way thro I came in without an appointment so I came in prepared to wait - had a book and my knitting with me. I wasn't there an hour and was 3/4 of a way through a row of knitting when Ronald came to tell me my car was ready. I told him when I completed the row, I'd be right there. Waiting room was clean, comfortable and had a quiet corner I could knit in. What more could I want? More
22 days of no info I sat in the waiting room the day I brought my car in for 5 hours and it still had not been touched. I was given a loaner car. no one contacted me unt I sat in the waiting room the day I brought my car in for 5 hours and it still had not been touched. I was given a loaner car. no one contacted me until the end of business the next day after I made an inquiry. Every few days I checked in and for 2 weeks my car was never even looked at. Long story short I got my car back after 22 days and I only got info when I reached out every few days. Not once was I contacted proactively. Really disappointed with the lack of communication. I’ve only ever owned VW or Toyota’s before...I’ve never had an experience like this. More
Paid for work than was initally not done I took vehicle in for a cruise control recall, oil change and tire rotation. When got there said was due for 40,000 miles check so oked to do it exc I took vehicle in for a cruise control recall, oil change and tire rotation. When got there said was due for 40,000 miles check so oked to do it except for the front and back differentials and was told that the oil change and tire rotation was part of the 40,000 mile check up . When I went to pick up vehicle I noticed that tires had not been rotated so I ask why that had not been done.. At first they said it had been done and when I proved to them that they had not been rotated then they said that they looked at tires and because they were wearing evenly on all 4 no need too. To me it was not the decision for the mechanic not to rotate the tires if I was paying for it in the 40,000 check up and It was clearly on the check list to do. It also cause me to have doubts if the 40,000 check up was even done because they would have had to take the tires off to do brake linings and drum inspection. They did finally rotate the tires at my request since I had paid for them to do it. Just left with a bad feeling that I had been taken advantage of and may or maynot have gotten the work done that i paid for. Had not one of the tires had a marking on it due from a previous tire repair I would not have known the rotation was not done and there is no way to tell if any of the other work had been done. They did change oil because residue left around where they put it in motor. More
Fast and great customer Service I took my jeep in for an oil change and tire rotation service was great professional and fast. The following week a had a service recall and issues wi I took my jeep in for an oil change and tire rotation service was great professional and fast. The following week a had a service recall and issues with my seat adjustments once again service was professional I was told how long the wait would be to repair the issue and offered a shuttle if I wanted to leave while repairs were being done. Thank you for the great service. More
Very helpful and pleasant . Was a good experience !! Craig was very helpful !! I had $847 worth of work done in New Mexico , my front end alignment was pulling me hard to the ditch . They listened to my story and came back told me what was wrong , fixed my truck to where I could get back to New Mexico to that dealership , so they can fix what they messed up !!
