I actually brought it in this morning and talked to my original service rep and still had to wait an hour and 45 min for the oil change and check out. Then the rep I guess seeing how upset I was, offered me a discount for which I already had a coupon for the same amount off. Then I feel like that was a shallow attempt at apologizing since every other customer was provided or had the opportunity for the same discount. But not the same inconvenience. I’ve always purchased from the dealership and had my vehicle serviced with the dealership but I was extremely disappointed with my most recent service, the follow up and the poor attempt appeasement.
