2nd key was never mailed to us Salesman (Antonio) promised to mail our second key to us which never happened after calling salesman back multiple times we received a call back on th Salesman (Antonio) promised to mail our second key to us which never happened after calling salesman back multiple times we received a call back on the 18th of this month stating she was calling to set up getting another key for the truck. When my husband called the salesman (Antonio) back he was extremely rude to my husband stating since the key wasn't gotten before a month Landers was not responsible for giving him a key. First of all he told us that it would be mailed to us which never happened then after a month of no key we called the salesman back without any result. Then Justin the sales manager got involved 10/23/18 and didn t know what he was talking about stating we missed a few appointments to get a key which was a lie but any ways thank you Laura for being so respectful and fixing a small problem instead of bring rude and giving us an ultimatum( justin) ... we only bought a 3500 Dodge truck and to be disrespected over a key is a mess but what more can you aspect from a salesman that left before we could finish our paperwork and a manager who never asked us what happened or how can he help us. More

Poor customer service Ichanged my mind about doing an uneccessary service to my car the next morning (before my part got in. I asked for a log and the chick with the eyebrows (cant remember her name just her her eyebrows) scoffed like it was such a ludicrous idea to keep a log so in case that mechanic doesnt come in the next day for some reason no one comes behind him...and... does... the... same... thing? Stupid right? Like i guess i thought they had something so normal in order to ensure that people get their vehicles back in a timely fashion instead of making them wait until the, apparently, single solitary mechanic in the whole area to fix their car.
