Oil change, tires balanced and rotation 3 . Something hours 9 AM appointment was on time didn’t get out until 3.5 hours later. This was an one hour appointment. Appointment person was not able to tell me how much it would cost for full synthetic oil for my vehicle. Had to tell the intake person that I wanted full synthetic oil. After 2 hours the intake person didn’t know where my vehicle was another person said they would check but didn’t here back from them. I asked again after another hour she said that my vehicle was being test driven, don’t get it. After looking at the invoice I still don’t know if I got full synthetic oil put in the vehicle Oil SW20 01081080? More

Excellent Customer Service The shop crew, from Craig, the service writer, thru the technician and the shop supervisor worked hard to resolve my electronics issue. All of them c The shop crew, from Craig, the service writer, thru the technician and the shop supervisor worked hard to resolve my electronics issue. All of them communicated and kept me informed of their progress throughout the entire operation. My appointment was for 8am. I was checked in and my van was taken back, to the shop, by 7:45am. Time is important to me as I always have to wait because this is my wheelchair ramp van conversion. They know this and have bent over backwards to accommodate me. When they were done, the supervisor and myself went thru all phases to make sure everything was operating properly. Let me state that I rarely give this kind of praise to any shop as I was in the heavy truck repair industry for over 35 years and am very critical of shops and operations. These guys actually do a great job, much more so than their local competitors. Keep up the good work! More

Went above and beyond They were great and accommodating. Repaired things that I didn’t ask to have repaired and didn’t charge me for it. Only thing they could have done better would be to keep me in the loop more. I sat there from 10:30-16:00 and only talked to service rep twice. They went over estimated repair time by 2 hours.
