Wheels Not Tightened After Rotation The services of oil change and tire rotation took a little less than an hour because they were backed up but I didn’t wait that long. I got into m The services of oil change and tire rotation took a little less than an hour because they were backed up but I didn’t wait that long. I got into my car to leave and something didn’t feel right. I took my car back in and let the manager know that he needed to see what was wrong. He got in my car and tried it out and heard the same thing I was hearing. Turns out, 3-4 nuts on 3 of my 4 tires failed to be fastened back. Once the manager didn’t apologize and made the worker come over to fix it; he finished and said half heartedly “sorry bout that”. I know everyone makes mistakes but the fact they didn’t do more to own up to it rubbed me wrong and I do not plan on returning. I bought my car here and have had it serviced it there as well. All I can say is if you get your oil changed there; make sure you check it your tires are tightened back before leaving. More

Overall a great experience. Few bumps. Initially I was not happy. There was some indecision as to what was going to happen before fixing my Jeep.
