Landers Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM - Service Center

First time nightmare and second time pleasant. My previous visit was a nightmare for many of reasons. My car was there 6+ weeks and the correspondences were terrible, with my car being there that My previous visit was a nightmare for many of reasons. My car was there 6+ weeks and the correspondences were terrible, with my car being there that long you would've expected calls to give me updates on what was going on. After two attempts to replacement a part both failed and no calls other then the ones a made. My service person texts which I felt was very inappropriate due to the circumstances. I then reached out to Brent which was amazing he took over my service and things started to happen in a positive way. When I picked up my car there was a several scratches on my rear drivers side which was very upsetting after everything else that had happen. Brent did have someone to come and try to buff them out but they are still present, but he did make an attempt to fix what was already done and apologized for the events that had happen. When I do return I will always contact Brent for all my car needs. My car was there last week and Brent and Craig done a wonderful job to get my service done in a timely manner and their help was greatly appreciated. More

They were loose on all four tires putting me in danger and other drivers. More
