Can I put zero stars? When we used them 6 months ago they kept my Jeep for 1 week to replace the tie rods and put a stabilizer bar in. 6 months later my Jeep is shaking so When we used them 6 months ago they kept my Jeep for 1 week to replace the tie rods and put a stabilizer bar in. 6 months later my Jeep is shaking so violently I can’t drive it. (I have never taken it off-roading). I took it to another mechanic and the stabilizer bar had been installed improperly and was causing my steering to catch. My tie rods were also extremely loose. I am PISSED. I will make sure none of my Jeep friends ever go here! I had to pay $1,000 today to get all the damage done to my jeeps steering by STEVE LANDERS reversed. I paid them $1,200 6 months ago TO FIX THE ISSUE BUT THEY CAUSED MORE! I called into Steve landers to complain. They hung up on me. Shows how much they care about their customers. What if I was driving down the highway with my son in the back and my steering finally caught for good? We would’ve been severely injured or worse. I doubt I’ll ever be refunded because they got their money and that’s all that matters to them. But I will make sure everyone know how they treated us! More

Very Displeased Did NOT receive the work I requested or PAID for... now have to make another trip costing me! Then was told some other recalls were also not completed but was told when I picked up my truck after 3 days it was completed. The biggest thing was I asked for the 20000 mile service to NOT be done just yet, but was then I was expected to pay! More
