Checked in 7:45 am Tracee said service would take the full day. I have one recommendation. Since the web site says open 8-8 pm, I received a text saying car was ready around 5:25 pm. Called to say I would be there by 6:15 pm, was informed cashiers leave at 6:00 pm. Use link texted to me to pay. Since I have had all services done last 5 years, I asked if they could take my credit card # over phone, answer was know. I tried using the link on my phone 3 times, after accepting terms and conditions it would freeze up. Called back and then told they could take credit card over the phone. Arrived at 6:10 pm pickup up keys and car. Having moved here from Dallas, I was surprised that service (or cashiers) close at 6 pm. Other than that, inter action with everyone was five star experience. More
Traveling theough I called to make an appt. Told them i was traveling through. Needed an oil change. When i got there they put me into the quick lube side. Wasted 2 I called to make an appt. Told them from the beginning that i had a service agreement. When i went to ger my truck. Was told i owed 54 or so for my oil change. Fortunately the cashier saved me from having to pay. Asked for an oil additive. Was never told during the process that they didnt have any in stock. Lastly ive never been to a dealer that left my keys in the ignition. I've always received my keys at the cashier. Having told them i was traveling through. And it was just an oil change they shouldve just told me i didnt need an appt to begin with.. since my oil change there now my service 4wd turns on spontaneously and randomly. More
