Repair I took mu 2012 Jeep due to an overheating issue. Craig Noteboom was the service representative. Craig did a great job!! He gave me straight answers as to what needed to be done to fix the problem. While the fix was expensive, Craig explained that 90% of the cost was due to the cost of the computer. landers provided a loaner vehicle as well. The people at the loaner car desk were also very professional and helpful. I generally do not trust car dealerships service departments as they sometimes rip you on labor cost as well as replacement part markups. Landers Jeep is an exception! They (Craig) have always treated me fair. I will continue to use Landers should I have future repair issues involving either of my Jeeps. Phillip Moore More

Very poor service! During our recent service visit we were charged twice for the same problem for which I still have. It received our promised refund. We also had to re During our recent service visit we were charged twice for the same problem for which I still have. It received our promised refund. We also had to return our care three times to finally get our newly installed tires properly balanced. On our last visit our service representative visited with us and not only recommended repair of the anti lock brake sensor but other maintenance such as spark plug replacement and throttle body maintenance. Unfortunately he conveniently neglected to mention the $300 labor for repairs that didn’t take 1 1/2 hours. I consider that price gouging And completely inappropriate for the work done. I will never bring a vehicle to Landers for servicing again and never recommend anyone else do so! More

Goodwill service for broken headrest.
