We own dodge trucks for our business, and since they let the Roy Spann, and Craig go, and hired new ones, it has gone straight to xxxx in a hand basket. Left Brent Jones several messages, and never got a call back. BEWARE!!! More

won't go back Unfortunately, I wasn't satisfied at all with the customer service. They told me it takes about 45 minutes to service the car. After 1 hr 45 min they Unfortunately, I wasn't satisfied at all with the customer service. They told me it takes about 45 minutes to service the car. After 1 hr 45 min they were done. If I have to wait so much longer I would expect them to inform me about the delay at least or to wash the car in the meantime. None of them was done. They did not even take away the old service sticker on the windshield. On their website they announce that they have a kid-friendly waiting area. The area for the kids is smaller than a bathroom, with no door and no toys in it. Not very helpful to entertain a two year old for almost two hours. Already for the last service it took them three times longer than announced and they messed up my papers with another customer's papers. Sorry, but I rather chose another place to service my car the next time. From a dealership with prices like Landers I would expect more professional service. More
