Recall on our 2017 Chrysler I called and made a service appointment for this recall. This was easy to do (we made the appointment for 2 days later) and were told we would be seei I called and made a service appointment for this recall. This was easy to do (we made the appointment for 2 days later) and were told we would be seeing Craig Noteboom. We got to the dealership about 25 minutes early and went right in. Another service person called Craig and told him he had a customer waiting. He was there in just a very short time. He was very friendly and visited with us while getting us checked in. We went to the lounge to wait after being told it shouldn't take very long for this problem to be fixed. And he was right...it seemed like we were there just a little over an hour total. We've been very happy with this car and also very happy with this dealership. All the people we've come in contact with at the dealership have been wonderful! I would recommend them to anyone. More

Few things need work This was my first experience with this dealership on the service side, calling to make an appointment went good and smooth, upon arrival to deliver my This was my first experience with this dealership on the service side, calling to make an appointment went good and smooth, upon arrival to deliver my Challenger for service the process to get acknowledged was rough , NO one greeted me as I pulled in the service drive, there was several people standing around socializing /chatting . I had to ask where to go to check in for my appointment, after walking in service department area 5 or 6 advisors where in here all but 1 was on the phone helping customers, I stood and waited my turn but the 1 advisor NOT on the phone NEVER spoke a word to me she was to busy fixing her lipstick and checking her cell phone messages. This was not very professional to me and needs to be addressed in my opinion. Other than those few hiccups this visit was good and I would return for service. More

To Pricey The lady at the car loaner desk, was amazing.. They charged me $35 for a loaner car.. Got one from AutoZone for $160 with a 5 year warranty.. The guy that helped me was awesome. I loved the customer service, just not the prices.. More
