My jeep was left out in the rain without a top. The interio r was soaked and proceeded to mildew without any care from the technician at fault. It was then not reported to me. LOSTED in the shuffle at STEVE LANDERS You lost the contact number telephone who brought the JEEP out there! YOU gave an 10:00 am appointment. YOU CALLED and stated the Jeep would be ready You lost the contact number telephone who brought the JEEP out there! YOU gave an 10:00 am appointment. YOU CALLED and stated the Jeep would be ready around 5:15 or 5:30 and etc. Everything that could have gone wrong went wrong. I have the recorded time of each call. When my son arrived you said you were closed and you were on the phone with me. I felt abuse and dis value as a customer.
