Great service I purchased a 2016 Jeep Compass High altitude from another state and I wanted to add some extras (bug shield and mud flaps). I had never been to this dealer and was very impressed with the service with Bradley in Parts to Chris in the service department. Prompt answers, prompt service and excellent service. I will definitely have my vehicle serviced here for routine maintenance as well. More

Long Service and Poor Customer feedback. Made an appointment for Wed at 11:30 for a software recall. While there, I purchased tires and alignment (for $1100). Vehicle was ready at 4:45 pm on Made an appointment for Wed at 11:30 for a software recall. While there, I purchased tires and alignment (for $1100). Vehicle was ready at 4:45 pm on Thursday. Too late for me to pick it up. Picked up vehicle on Friday approx 1:30 pm. They didn't have someone readily available to bring it to the front so I offered to get it myself. Noticed that all wheels and tires were covered with the grease or lube that they use to slip the tires on over the rims. (Very disappointed that the tire installer couldn't even take a few seconds to wipe them off as they mounted them onto the vehicle.) While driving back to work, noticed that the tire pressures were 5-6 lbs too high on one side and 10-12 lbs too high on the other. Also noticed that the steering wheel was off center with possibly a slight pull and then the steering wheel exhibited a slight shimmy as you approached 60 mph. So over the weekend, I adjusted the pressures and drove it somemore. Problems were still there. Took the vehicle back to the dealer on Monday approx 9:30 am and explained the situation. It was stated that they had some problems with the wheel balancer and would look at it again. I did not hear anything back until Tuesday at 5pm when I asked for an update. I was told that they thought it might be the tires and the shop foreman would be involved and that I would hear something Wed am. I heard nothing back all day Wednesday until I received an incomplete text message at about 4 pm. When I asked about it, I was told they were still looking at the problem trying to decide which tire it was. I stated that I was very disappointed because the other tire places I deal with would have just put all new tires on by now. I asked them to just put my old tires back on and refund my money. Thursday morning at 9:30, I receive an email and a text stating that my vehicle is ready. No other explanation, phone calls or anything. When I picked up the vehicle it was stated that they were having problems with the balance machine and used another one. So in total it took 4 1/2 days to do a software recall, install a new set of tires, an alignment, and 2 extra trips to the dealer (and someone else's time to shuttle me back and forth). No other contact from management, no offer of future discount, free oil change or anything that would help entice me to come back. More

Do not get your vehicle serviced here I had an appointment scheduled for 1 PM some recall service that I was told would take 4 hours or less. I dropped it off a little bit earlier and let them know that I could pick up in the morning if needed and made arrangements to do so since I had not heard anything from them past the 4 hour mark. I called Tuesday morning and was told my truck was not ready and they didn’t know when it was going to be ready other than it would be finished Tuesday. I called again around 4:15 pm to see if it was ready and again it was not. When asked what time it would be ready I was told I was welcome to come wait at the service center and that they are open until 6 pm otherwise they would call me. Good thing I didn’t go wait because it was not ready on Tuesday and I would have been waiting there for no reason. I call again around 8:15 Wednesday morning and I’m told it is not done and he’s getting started on it now. Obviously this did not sit well with me so I asked why are they just starting and was told that they are extremely busy and had to work it in. I remind the young lady that I had a 4 hour or less appointment for 1 pm on Monday and asked why in the world would they have to work my appointment in. I told her I was coming to get it regardless if they were finished or not that afternoon. About 3 hours later I received a call from the service center saying that the truck was ready but they had a problem with the ignition switch sticking and the tech had to take it apart to start the truck. Once he did the tumblers in the ignition fell out and that it needed to be replaced and they would do it for $950. I told her absolutely not, out it back together and I will take it elsewhere for repair because you guys are terrible. When I go to pick up my truck, there is still the plastic sheeting and paper floor mats in there for me to remove. I appreciate them protecting the surfaces but they should really clean out their trash and debris. My whole service experience was not one that was good and I will never take another vehicle to A Steve Landers dealership for service, routine or recall. More

Needed oil change, windshield wipers changed & check key fob I dropped my jeep off at 7:30 to have oil changed, windshield wipers replaced & key fob checked. At 3:30 I called to check status & was told it was ready. When I arrived to pick up had to wait on paper work then someone to bring around. As I pulled off it was raining. When I turned my windshield wipers on noticed the rear wiper had not even been replaced. It was noticeable it needed it because rubber strip was hanging off. Had to turn back around to get put on. I was told my key fob was working properly only to try and use the following morning for my daughter to be stranded because it did not work which means I have to make another trip to have checked again. More

Unresolved repair Never able to resolve check engine light. I can go along with the diagnostic charges, but not the rest of the charges. I had to miss 4 days of work. They needed it overnight, but that turned in to 4 days, not to mention I finally just picked up my truck on Friday afternoon, still no prospect of when they could repair my truck. I requested a truck as a loaner, but never got one. They originally did not have a loaner period the morning I left my truck until I demanded a loaner of some kind. I had to initiate all calls to get any updates. Both times I paid a visit to check on my truck, both times it was sitting in the lot. I am requesting at least a refund. Total bill was $334 and truck issue still not resolved. More
