Landers Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM - Service Center

Long wait times This is 2nd time I scheduled an appt. and I was told that appt. are scheduled from a call center and they have no idea about wait times at the dealers This is 2nd time I scheduled an appt. and I was told that appt. are scheduled from a call center and they have no idea about wait times at the dealership. The first time was for 1st oil change and I was there almost 2 hrs. The second time I was there for an update for Uconnect system and was told to expect 30-45 minutes wait to install update. I was there 3 and half hours. The staff is very friendly but something needs to be done about scheduling from a call center not on site. Very frustrating !! More

Every time I pull up at Landers he's at my car ready to listen to any problem I might have Chris Lawhon is an absolutely outstanding service adviser! Every time I pull up at Landers he's at my car ready to listen to any problem I might have with my vehicle before I can get out of my car. He listens to me and gets me taken care of quickly! He updates me on what's going on with my car and makes sure my warranty is in place and covering everything. Thank you CJ for working on my car this last time - she runs like a charm!
