Each time a vehicle is brought in for service, we do an inspection to make sure that everything is in proper working order, not just the issue at hand. Our service advisors also recommend maintenance they think will be needed soon, but it is your discretion whether or not to have those things done with us when you are at the dealership. As far as the price of your door lock, we employ technicians who are certified and trained to work on FCA vehicles (Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram and Fiat), which isn't something you can find at a locally-owned shop, and our prices reflect that.
