Melinda Hopper was about to get me in schedule without any problems that she knows the rear end leaks need to be fixed ASAP since I travel quite of bit. CJ Williams worked on my Jeep and he did awesome job by replacing the seals. More

Bad service I do like Jeep as a car brand but I don’t recommend this place for service. If you have to go there please check and put makes on your tires if you wa I do like Jeep as a car brand but I don’t recommend this place for service. If you have to go there please check and put makes on your tires if you want to do tires rotation( because they will put in the paper that they do that but in real they are not). They will never check any problem or noise in the car until the car completely stopped! At the end, I don’t know if they really change the oil or not?!! 🤣 The worse was the service adviser ( Melinda). More

No complaints. This dealership has been good to honor the FRAUDULENT service agreement that the dealership in Dallas near Love Field sold me when I bought the car. Rattle. I had a good experience form a customer service perspective from Melinda. My jeep had a rattle that required 7-8 weeks total to be fixed and multiple I had a good experience form a customer service perspective from Melinda. My jeep had a rattle that required 7-8 weeks total to be fixed and multiple service appointments. Unfortunately, there was a service bulletin addressing the problem that led to the fix and Ultimately, the rattle was fixed. Perhaps the service bulletin search should have been done on the front end? I am happy that it's fixed and appreciate the help Melinda gave me to ensure that it was resolved. Jason French More
