Made an appt for service. Dropped vehicle off. It wasn’t “evaluated” for 2 weeks. Then told parts had to be ordered. One part, 3 week lead other part time ver 45 days. Still More

Landers Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Norman responded

Unfortunately we do not know how big of a job vehicles are going to be until diagnosed. Sometimes it does set back or other guests when these jobs are a lot larger than anticipated. With the extreme parts delays when we do get parts in for a vehicle that has been here the longest, we stop what we are doing to get that vehicle completed.
