I apologize about the 10 minutes overage. It is definitely not something that happens everyday. We had a couple employees sick and Braxton was doing his best to get everything opened, gates unlocked, vehicle blocking gate keys found and moved. We are very professional but we are also human beings that do deal with things in our lives we cannot control. We do our best every single day and take on so many tasks and circumstances. If there were other issues invlolved please reach out. Thank You.

If we are referring to the 2019 Ram with the power steering issue as well, We try and prioritize the best we can when parts arrive to get the job completed in a timely fashion. I do deeply apologize about the non/miscommunication throughout the repair process. Definitely not something we do or want to be a part of. That being said the staff will be talked to and dealt with accordingly. I am showing we could not drive the vehicle until the steering gear was replaced. In the tech notes the vehicle does not show to have a radio update available. I do know when when I drive my RAM sometimes it does over the air updates that freezes/blacks out the screen on occasion. Jeremy, before writing my review I got your email asking to contact you if I was unable to rate 5 stars and now you asking that I contact you directly if I have any other questions or concerns. Communicating directly with you would not have changed and will not change the experience I had with your service dept. 1. Needing to prioritize service is understandable but one of your employees should have called to let me know that my part was in but my vehicle was not a priority at that point in time therefore, would not be finished as projected. (Sounds pretty bad doesn't it? Yet that is the reason you gave) 2. I'm glad you are going to address the non-communication issue. I hope you also address the rude behavior. 3. When I called on Wednesday for an update I was told the tech just got it to troubleshoot and was specifically told he had driven it. You just said it couldn't be driven which actually infuriates me because one of us are being lied to. 4. Thank you for sharing your experience with radio updates in your vehicle. My vehicles issue may not be related to the radio and I relayed my concern a few times. It was happening a couple times a day but has progessively gotten worse in the past week. It is now happening 6-7 times a day and is now affecting my entire dashboard. But since they continued to believe it to be the radio in spite of what I told them then they should have let me know there was no update available. Instead, they told me the issue never happened so they could not address it.

The reason I was needing the information to see who was involved so this situation doesn't happen again. I agree 100% the lack of communication. I reviewed all phone calls, the technician stated that during the initial test drive the vehicle lost all power steering and did not want to risk driving again until the issue was resolved. After replacing test drove he could not duplicate the issue with the radio and no updates were available. I could not find the call of a lady being rude but I asssure you I will get to the bottom of it and will not happen again. I do not put up with rudeness in this place of business.
