When I arrived at the dealership with my vehicle I was greeted immediately by Teresa and she asked what the issues were. After a while waiting they came in and explained what was wrong and the costs associated to repair and time it would take. The vehicle was completed on time and exactly the cost quoted to me. Best dealer service department I've ever been to. Will definitely bring my vehicle back for future services. More

Terrible service. Charged an undisclosed diagnostic fee. I only asked to know if car part was in stock and an estimate on repair. They Said to repair an interior door handle would cost $700. Perhaps they need more knowledgeable service technicians. Also - took 3 hours to look at a handle and say it was broken.Do not take your vehicle here - every interaction I have had with them has been deceptive. More

This is exactly what you would expect when it comes to service. Took me a couple clicks to make the appointment at the time I wanted. I didn't use the pick up service but what a great idea! Went in for an oil change and tire rotation and I was in and out in 15 minutes no exaggeration and they also pointed out some damage I didn't notice and gave me a Mopar quote and a recommendation for a cheaper option. I have no complaints and I live over 2 hours away and happened to be in the city and glad I made the choice to stop and get things done there. This is 100% honesty and almost unbelievable. More
Service dept really needs to learn to communicate without being rude, they are very slow and did not attempt to fix all issues. Appt was first thing on a Tuesday morning. I had to call Wednesday afternoon fo being rude, they are very slow and did not attempt to fix all issues. Appt was first thing on a Tuesday morning. I had to call Wednesday afternoon for an update and was told the tech just got the vehicle and started with troubleshooting. Thats 1 1/2 days of my vehicle just sitting there. Late Wed I was told the part was ordered, it would arrive the next morning and my vehicle would be ready Thursday. No call at all Thursday to let me know it was not going to be ready as promised. I had to call Friday afternoon to get an update and the representative who answered, a lady, was very rude telling me I was already told the tech was working on it. Her tone was uncalled for and she did not have correct information as I was told it would be ready the day before. I finally got an automated call :30 min before closing on Friday evening that my vehicle was ready. When I called to tell them I was on my way the rep reminded me they were closing in 30 min. giving me the impression that I may not get my vehicle if I were to arrive a few minutes after closing. The issue with no attempt to fix concerned the display on the dash that would periodically freeze leaving me without the ability to use the controls. I was told the computer more than likely needed to have an update ran on it but an update was never performed because the issue didn't happen during the little time a tech drove it. I find that sloppy and lazy. The service dept should have just ran an update. I will never use Landers Service Dept again if I can help it. More
