Recently oil housing adapter cracked while removing oil filter and now it drips oil. Didn’t leak oil when I dropped it off for service. Quoted at $1000. Will not return until service department is fixed. More

I was really impressed the first time I brought the car in. This one we decided to use the pickup/delivery option. It started with the pickup being an hour late. Then we weren’t able to get the car analysis done that day so we had to leave it overnight. Then I had to reach out numerous times to get a status. The estimate seemed high on an maintenance light issue we have had since purchasing the vehicle. The other issue was we had to pay another $100 for analysis for the weird issue that was like a slipping transmission. It required an update. We had to this last time. Just a little frustrating that analysis and updates are not included when it is potentially a safety issue. More
