It’s a dealership.. i went in for an alignment, and when my vehicle was finished, I drove off and my street oh was SO messed up it was unsafe to drive. My steering wheel was turned almost 45 degrees to the my vehicle was finished, I drove off and my street oh was SO messed up it was unsafe to drive. My steering wheel was turned almost 45 degrees to the right and my car was driving straight.. but when I put my steering wheel dead center pulled hard to the left almost causing me to crash.. so I went back to tell them what was wrong, and they attempted to correct it. It’s a little better but still a couple of degrees off. Steering wheel will be dead center, snd still pull to the left... very VERY disappointed and angry. They wasted 7 hours of my saturday and $140.. More
This was my 1st time At Landers. (Mom Carol purchased car) I was greeted as soon as I locked up car. Gentleman was so nice offered me any and everything to drink then showed me to service desk. Greeted me with smile and courtesy. She rocked it I couldn’t have done it with heat and phones and people wanting this and that. My overall experience was definitely 5stars. There wasn’t an employee on that lot who didn’t have a smile and overall looked like they liked their job. I will be back to this dealership and I would recommend it. They took 4x longer than normal and then took a dozen calls over 4 hrs to try to even get an update. Unprofessional people in the service department. Rude, uncooperative. Had to go to management outside of service for resolution. Service rep expecially were unprofessional.
