I had the most incredible experience Tuesday morning. My advisor, Nicolas, went above and beyond to help. I was in town to move my daughter into OU for the first time when the battery on my diesel 2500 w My advisor, Nicolas, went above and beyond to help. I was in town to move my daughter into OU for the first time when the battery on my diesel 2500 went out. Cory is a great mechanic. Teresa is good as well as Braxton for service advisors. So I pulled over, and it revealed a lug nut that had come off - likely was finger tight, but then they didn't hit it with the impact wrench. More

Too long of a wait to even get my vehicle in for an inspection, little to no communication, unless I initiated contact and even then, many times no one knew what was going on with my vehicle or parts, inspection, little to no communication, unless I initiated contact and even then, many times no one knew what was going on with my vehicle or parts, I had to wait to be contacted by Gennifer if she was unavailable or until she was back in the office. Very inconvenient to have over 30 service people, but only one person actually knows what’s going on with my vehicle. More
