Took my Jeep in for warranty work. It took over 5 weeks! Parts were the hassle of most of this. All parts were ordered. Once they finally came in I had to wait several days until they could start the work. Parts were the hassle of most of this. All parts were ordered. Once they finally came in I had to wait several days until they could start the work. Then after the work was started found out 2 of the parts were missing. Then once those parts came in and work began again they realized that one of the gaskets were wrong. Had to put the work on hold again. Did not get offered a loaner until three weeks into the repair. I was told they did not have any but was put on the waiting list. I will say that the parts were not the dealership fault, but not checking them once they did come in was the dealerships fault. If the parts were checked I could have gotten my Jeep back at least 2 weeks earlier. Once the warranty work was finished then the oil change and tire rotation began. I was specific that I did not want my tire pressure adjusted. But once again they didn’t follow my instructions. Once I got the vehicle home I had bought a new air cleaner. I went to replace it to notice that the air cleaner was not even attached! Plus the never reset my oil tracker on the Jeep’s computer. Since they had it so long in and out of the shop it was very dirty. Bird droppings all over the hood mud on both of the sides. I figured at the very least they could of washed it. So needless to say I was not happy with the overall experience. More
