I would not take my car to Landers again,they put a brand new motor in my van. Had my van for almost 2 1/2 months within that time it got heavy hail damage and they never informed us at all about the hail d new motor in my van. Had my van for almost 2 1/2 months within that time it got heavy hail damage and they never informed us at all about the hail damage,no phone call nothing. Now this hail damage happened while they were waiting for my new engine to come in. When the engine came in they put the new engine in my hail damaged van with cracked windshield and all without letting us know about any damage to my van. When we went to pick up my van,we were shocked at all the hail damage!! All they said was we would have to turn it in to our insurance. While we were waiting on the insurance adjuster to come out. I never drove the van because of the cracked windshield and kept it parked in the gravel not in my driveway. Got the van into a body shop about a week later and the body shop called and let us know we had a large oil leak. We put the body work on hold,took it back Landers repair shop and they had it another 3 weeks!When we picked up my van we drove it strait to the body shop and told them to be on the lookout for any more leaks. I have not got to drive my van for 3 months. Today's date is 12/30/21. It has been in the body shop for about 3 days now,hopefully when I get my van back I will not have to deal with Landers again. We'll see. More
