Total lack of communication. Unfairly charged for back-to-back diagnostics that supposedly discovered different issues within days of each other. Was told if I was a loyal custom Unfairly charged for back-to-back diagnostics that supposedly discovered different issues within days of each other. Was told if I was a loyal customer I wouldn’t have been charged for two diagnostics. Just moved to Norman, so not sure how I could build loyalty for being charged unnecessarily. This dealership is woefully understaffed and it took nearly two weeks to have engine light investigated. Loyalty is a two way street. Bye Felicia. More

I scheduled in for maintenance on a new car, it called for an oil change and fluid check, and some valve change and tire rotation. When I got there the man at the desk said he won’t replace the valve beca for an oil change and fluid check, and some valve change and tire rotation. When I got there the man at the desk said he won’t replace the valve because he thinks its not needed, if the vehicle marked it needed it I wanted it changed, I have a limited warranty and would like to replace any part that needs to be replaced by certain mileage. He did not do the rotation because his tech didn’t have the tools. And they did the oil change, I hope. My doubt is because at least it was suppose to be oil change and fluid check. My wiper fluid light came on the next day which tells me they obviously didn’t check the fluids so made me wonder if the changed the oil or just turned off the light by resetting the oil meter on the dash. Not coming back to that dealership. More

I am very disappointed in the assistance I have received to date. I scheduled an oil change. Showed up an they had closed due to weather but did not notify me (I was asked to confirm my appt, why can't th to date. I scheduled an oil change. I had been talking to the parts dept. About ordering the parts to put a hitch on my vehicle. They didn't know if it was even possible or how it could be done and were NOT helpful at all. Didn't think there was a wiring harness made for it. Braxton said he would let parts know when my vehicle was up in the air, so they could check the wiring. This was not done. I asked when I received my car. The man who had me sign double checked my phone # and Saud he would check with auto accessories an call me the next day. Didn't happen. I called back and everyone denied knowing anything. I then proceeded to look it up online at Mopar. There is a hitch and a working harness made for it BY Mopar the wiring harness is just on backorder.. very frustrating. I will probably be going to another dealership after this. It does not inspire confidence! Buying a $50k vehicle that is supposed to be able to tow to hear the dealership parts dept say oh I don't think they made the parts is frustrating! More
