I came for an installation of a logo on the side which was damaged before I purchased the jeep. It was probably a 5 minute job. I set there for an hour and a half. I don’t know if the time was spent on installation or they just forget to tell me but I spent hour and a half for a very small job. Everything was done well, the people were all very nice but I felt an hour and a half for putting on a decal was an incredible amount of time to spend for a job which should have taken only a few minutes. Took 3 hours for my oil change even after I made the appointment a week earlier. Had to go ask what was going on and they checked me out and never told me when my truck had been finished. Slow warranty work and lack of communication. 3.7 hour job took 4 days to complete. I suggest use another dealership for recall work. My car only had 9500 miles on it. .. i was told my rotors need resurfacing and my brake pads replaced. Not to mention we ordered a part I asked before it was ordered if the veh was sti .. i was told my rotors need resurfacing and my brake pads replaced. Not to mention we ordered a part I asked before it was ordered if the veh was still under warranty. The part was ordered I found my warranty and canceled the service. I was charged 55 dollars to restock a part that was never even pulled yet and was not on the road to get to this place yet. I feel very taken advantage of cause I'm a woman. My rotors are perforated and now my male friends are telling me u aren't supposed to resurface those. Now I feel like im in danger. I used to love this place but I now will never go back here again.
