Epic Problems It a power train warranty repair. Cylinder 8 rocker failure, and the cam was damaged. It was assembled incorrectly (I didnt make it a mile away, new c It a power train warranty repair. Do a new head was ordered, installed, I drive off and more check engine lights. We are going on approx. 4 weeks now. To make matters worse, another customer backed into my Jeep. Therefore, it needs body work, and service for the same problems that started almost a month ago. I honestly would just like a drive a functioning vehicle. It's a SRT Grand Cherokee and my loaner was a Grand Caravan. The staff are friendly, but competance comes into question. I know no one remembers the missing fan shroud cover that was not attached properly, got torn up by my belts, and later replaced (3 visits)..it missing again and the tech said it never was there (that was the water pump self destructing and stranding me incident). To add insult to injury, the coolant line was also leaking (afterwards) and my car reaked of coolant for 2 weeks. I figured it out myself and fixed it with a new pipe clamp. More

Great Service Center We had a problem with our shifter that had been "fixed" 3 years ago on a brand new Grand Caravan. The problem came back and we took it in with all the documentation. They worked on it for 2 weeks to get it to occur again and saw the problem twice. They really worked hard to fix this for us and really spent the time needed on it. We are so happy to have our car back again and really trust them to do a real professional job on any fix needed in the future. Both Justin and Braxton called us with updates and kept us in the loop and worked hard to find the problem. More
