Poor repair shop I brought my 2013 Durango in for a transmission cooler repair which cost me over 900$ and should’ve been covered under warranty.Brought the same vehic I brought my 2013 Durango in for a transmission cooler repair which cost me over 900$ and should’ve been covered under warranty.Brought the same vehicle in July 27th 2018 for the alternator recall after the alternator fried.Got a call the next day claiming I lost my valet key which they actually lost and now I need a 300$ battery and a Powertrain control module.The PCM they said would be warranty which is fair but when I showed up to replace the battery myself and save a few dollars my Durango magically started with a dead battery and a bad PCM.I then began ripping some guys up and the service manager could not produce a battery diagnostic report and I explained why I shouldn’t have to buy a key that they lost and I seriously doubt the pcm is bad or the battery either.Waiting on the service manager to get the pcm installed that it probably doesn’t need and we’ll see how bad they attempt to gouge me on the bill for what should have cost me nothing.Very very displeased with the poor technician who shouldn’t be working on cars and the lack of communication specifically from this stealership.I will write a follow up review after I get my truck back.Your turn to make it right Landers. Mislead Requested services not provided and copy of inspection not provided. I walked outside to discover my car sitting there. I am not aware of how long it has been sitting there finished. More
