Good service I recently bought a used Dodge Charger so I brought it to the dealer for a maintenance. My car was thoroughly checked for free and the condition was good. I only paid for the oil change and got what I want to know. The service was very professional. More

Service While I do recommend this dealership and it’s people I have negative feedback regarding communication in the service department. I called on Tuesday While I do recommend this dealership and it’s people I have negative feedback regarding communication in the service department. I called on Tuesday to set an appointment for warrantied oil change and brake work prior to leaving town. I was clear that I was leaving at noon on Friday and would need the vehicle back by then. It was communicated to me that if I was in by 8, noon would be feasible. I received a confirmation call for my appointment tomorrow at 9:45. I called to verify that this was correct. 9:45 rather than8 seems to be pushing it. Daniel said that for the work being done they would need 6 hours. This is really frustrating as I would’ve scheduled the work for Wednesday or Thursday if I’d been given the correct info up front. So when I canceled tomorrow’s appointment because of Landers mistake, Danial had the opportunity to extend some level of service and make the situation right. For example, “ bring it in by 8 and we will take care of it” he chose not to do that. A little communication and or problem solving goes a long way. Let’s try again. We have to, the very expensive warranty I purchased is through you. More

3 recalls should be 4 I had 3 recalls for my truck, I also had leaking in the roof of my truck from rain that entered in through the 3rd tail light. Should be a 4th recall. Was going to charge me $120 to diagnose this common problem. Plus the amount to fix it. I need a tail light fixture that was going to cost $497 that I came home and purchased for $99. With 3 recalls a person would think they might fix another common problem. Rip off!!!! More

Damaged my jeep My Jeep did not have a wheel lock key to unlock the wheel. (I have never used or removed the key). We were charged $72.54 for a new lock kit. The inst My Jeep did not have a wheel lock key to unlock the wheel. (I have never used or removed the key). We were charged $72.54 for a new lock kit. The installer then stripped the new key when they torqued the lock nut too much. (We we’re having a backup camera installed and needed to take off the spare tire). So, we had to take the Jeep back to Landers once again for a third lock set More
