I made an appointment and dropped my Jeep off for a routine oil change on a Saturday. My husband picked me up to run some errands and grab lunch. Really a 4.5 star. There was some residual glue from a chrome letter replacement. I got it right off with Good Off, so nothing major. Otherwise, Teresa was great and kept me informed of the progress.
