I had my oil changed and tires rotated, they didn't tighten the lug nuts, I could have died, I also noticed my hood is damaged, will never have service at this stealership again. The waiting room is also uncomfortable. At a minimum they should have offered to refund some of my money since I had to wait on the side of the road to have them come fix my wheel. Car was dropped off at 8am. Had to call at 1230, 3 and 500. Couldn’t find out why it was vibrating in idle. I had told them I needed my car back that day. Opted to get my car. By the time I went from home to dealership they had decided it was motor mounts. The exact same thing that had been done in November just 4 months ago. The only reason I go to this dealership is because of the extended warranty. And is the only one nearby. I hate their service, communication and lack of expertise. More
