We have had two interactions with this dealer. Both were excellent. These guys went way out of their way to show us numerous vehicles before we purchased one. My 2017 Jeep Patriot was bought used in November 2018 from a non-Jeep dealer. Last June 2019, it suddenly started breaking down. It would be driving perfectly normal, then start jerking, like choking for from a non-Jeep dealer. Last June 2019, it suddenly started breaking down. It would be driving perfectly normal, then start jerking, like choking for fuel, and then it would die. I took it to Landers because I lived in Norman at the time. It was in their service department a total of 6 times. They replaced multiple parts that DID NOT FIX the issue, and then refused to give me my money back when I continuously had the problem and they could not figure it out. It drove fairly fine over the winter, with the exception of one break down, and then as soon as we got warmer weather, it started breaking down. Again. It has broken down a total of 10-12 times in less than one year. I once again called them and they said they had over 40 people on their waiting list because they are so behind (I wonder why... their mechanics are not efficient at all). As a result I took it to David Stanley in MWC and in a few HOURS they diagnosed it as the fuel pump. Interesting.... I demanded MULTIPLE TIMES last year that Landers replace my fuel pump and they refused because “that’s not what the codes pulled.” And because “they won’t touch a fuel pump that hasn’t 100% failed.” They gouged me out of $400, wasted the time I had left on my extended warranty (my fuel pump now has to be paid for out of pocket) and they have NO APOLOGIES to give. Jeremy, the service manager, told me yesterday “they fixed my issue.” NO, sir, you did not. Do not EVER take your vehicle here. They are extremely incompetent and I will be posting this review on every website I can find. More
Poor Service. Shame. I made an appointment for my car with a rental. Upon arriving the next morning for my appointment, they told me they were 2.5 days behind schedule, w I made an appointment for my car with a rental. Upon arriving the next morning for my appointment, they told me they were 2.5 days behind schedule, which was not a big deal. I had requested an appointment with a rental car, as I work 30 minutes away from the dealership. They tried to say they did not have a rental on the property, when they had one sitting outside the whole time and eventually gave it to me. After dropping the car off, it took over a week for my car to get looked at and diagnosed for a check engine light. Once diagnosed, they told me it would be ready by Friday afternoon or Saturday. I called Saturday after hearing nothing for 2 days, and my service advisor AND technician were both not even working!!! Monday came around, and then they still did not have my car fixed until Tuesday afternoon. Very upsetting, as this dealership had been good to me since I got the car in 2015. More
