Service on EcoDiesel Had a recall on my 2016 EcoDiesel for the EGR Cooler. Service Center was excellent, FCA getting them the parts was another story. I am a paraplegic Had a recall on my 2016 EcoDiesel for the EGR Cooler. Service Center was excellent, FCA getting them the parts was another story. I am a paraplegic and this vehicle is my main source of transportation. The Service center spent a day trying to get rent me a van I could use while my truck was in the service center. FCA would not sign off on the rental for the vehicle. Getting the parts then became a problem. FCA had released parts for the 2017 - 2019 vehicles recalled, but not the 2016. Service center finally began ordering individual parts to get my truck returned to me instead of waiting for FCA to supply the kit for the recall. Three different times FCA told me parts were on the way, only to find out later they weren't being shipped. Over all this was a four and a half week ordeal. The Service Center was excellent, FCA was behind on parts for the recall and disconnected from what their parts availability actually was. More
