Theresa took care of me totally from start to finish Even had the work done , completed in one hour, when it could have been 2-3hours. Landers provided a driver for me , both stopping me off, then picking me up. I can truly say .... EFFICIENT , KIND, RELAXED, UNDERSTANDING Jeep Dealership. I'm still surprised and blessed. I’d give 0 stars if I could. The service department might be great..IF you can ever get them to look at your vehicle. Scheduled an appointment a week in advance, then my vehicle sat for almost a week untouch be great..IF you can ever get them to look at your vehicle. Horrible Had a 7am appointment on Monday and I picked up my car on Tuesday at 4 after they still hadn’t even taken a look at it. Worst service department I’ve ever dealt with, and I have lived and used deal my car on Tuesday at 4 after they still hadn’t even taken a look at it. Key for my lug nuts taken by your shop of just forgot to put it back in glove box. This left me with flat in Arkansas. $120 dollars for a tow to the nearest Dodge dealership. Absolutely would never recommend. $1800 and still need a new engine, when we expressed hesitation about beginning work that wouldn’t fix it if we were going to need a new engine to begin with. Terrible customer service skills from the manager And he basically didn’t even care. Now we are worse off with the truck then the day we dropped it off. $1800 paid yet we still need a new engine. That was the whole reason we brought the truck there was to see if we needed a new engine. How do you do $2100 worth of work including an air filter and a serpentine belt and then let somebody know that they still need a new engine?! Makes no sense. We paid our bill and picked up our truck. I just expected better customer service and understanding and frankly better service work. What did we pay $1800 for!? It literally makes no sense. More
