Customer service was terrible. They did not keep to a set appointment. Communication was terrible. Did not see my truck until i called them and baby sat them. Would not go back again. I bought tires for life with David Stanley (former owners). I have gotten a different answer every time from service department. Starting with first time I ever came in 2015 for first oil change. owners). I have gotten a different answer every time from service department. Starting with first time I ever came in 2015 for first oil change. It wasn’t explained to me at all when I bought vehicle. So, that being said, every time I came in, I never knew what I needed. I have done the very expensive things on the list at Landers to stay in that warranty. This last time I talked to Ms Yargee (during pandemic and myself being furloughed from work ) but previous talked to Braxton and he said noting on list needed. Albeit confusion was because I wasn’t on time bc not starting on time and also, Anthony was mostly my service attendant. I also had to after lengthy and confusing visits, get my AC compressor replaced. $$$$$. Ms Yargee informed me to keep my tires for life I had to get $1500+ services to get the tires for life. My car has over 140,000 miles. I am a single mom who drive my kids everywhere for their sports and activities. I think I’m done with y’all. Be sure and check how much money and services I have gotten thru your service department. I know Anthony doesn’t work there anymore for what I’m betting wasn’t good practices but I was led down a dishonest road! I have never gotten my services anywhere else since I bought it March 2015!
