I brought my car in because it was showing a injector-vacuum leak code but I changed out my battery and thus no code. Told them the problem and code it was showing. They called me back and said injector-vacuum leak code but I changed out my battery and thus no code. Told them the problem and code it was showing. They called me back and said it was my ignition key that was causing the injector vacuum code and it needed replaced for $400 and shocker that didn’t fix the injector problem then they said I need my spark plugs changed for another $ 680 dollars at that point I towed my car back to my house and replace my injectors and fixed my problem myself with the help of YouTube and saved myself thousand of dollars by actually fixing the problem that I took it in for. The people in the shop were all pretty cool to me but I just don’t have the cash to be playing guessing games when I told them the problem to begin with. More
They could careless about customers. They have the worst service department I have ever had to deal with. I made an appointment to get a truck fixed and it was 2 weeks before they even looked at it. I dropped my jeep off around 8am on Saturday morning to have it looked at for a possible bad alternator and brake light that came on breifly. I called to get an update around 2:30pm on the same day, since have it looked at for a possible bad alternator and brake light that came on breifly. I called to get an update around 2:30pm on the same day, since I had not gotten a call yet. That is when I was informed that my service advisor had left for the day and because of that, they couldn't look at my vehicle until 1st thing Monday morning. And they did not have any loner or rental cars available. I waited until 11:30am, and with contact, I'll the service department, after being passed around for 10 minutes, someone transferred me to Aaron's voice mail. A little over an hour later I get a call back. Aaron then explains to me that the alternator needed to be replaced and some wiring patched. I told him to do the job and to also replace the sepertine belt as well. He said ok and that the parts would be in Tuesday morning and I would have my vehicle back Tuesday afternoon or 1st thing Wednesday morning. I waited until just before 5pm on Tuesday to call, since I haven't heard from the advisor. I once again left a voice mail since he was unavailable. An hour and half later he texts me "i did get the alternator here and he is going to start on it first thing in the morning. my technician had to stay home with his wife today. she is recovering from a stroke and was not doing good this morning." So, I wait until 11:41am to text for an update, since calling has not proven to be helpful. He quickly replied that he would check with the technician. After waiting until 2pm with no call back or text, my wife called. She was told that they wouldn't have the jeep ready until Thursday because they broke the tension rod while putting the belt on and they had to order it. He told her that he could possibly get us a loner car by 5pm or so and would call me. Aaron did finally call me back just before 6:30pm to tell me that he couldn't get me a loner cause the person using it didn't bring it back. But assured me my jeep would be fixed 1st thing in the morning. So, 12pm Thursday comes and no call or text from Aaron, I then call and was told by another advisor that he would have Aaron call me back and let me know if my jeep was done. After waiting most of the afternoon for a call that never came, I went amd picked up my wife and showed up to get my jeep, because at this point I was done dealing with the lack of service. We show up at the service department and after several attempts to find Aaron by the service department, another advisor comes in and informs us that Aaron had left for the day. He apologized for Aaron and said he understood my frustration since he had to take on several of Aaron's clients due to him leaving. The new service advisor said that I had a brake light on the dash and to fix it would be another $110 and they could get the part in on Friday. I them asked if they could provide me with a loner or rental and was told they didn't have any. I then told him that I was done and waited my jeep. He got the paper done and knocked of the labor to put the belt on and the cost of the tension rod that the service technician broke. I got my jeep and left. This was not the 1st time I have used the service department at Landers, but this will be the last time. The convience of having a jeep dealer in Norman is no longer a convience, next time I need service I will drive to OKC or Midwest City. More

Repairs were diagnosed & completed within the same day. Teresa was very helpful in walking me through the entire process!
